Motorcycle Shipping and Receiving
SoSo Cycles – Tacoma can receive your motorcycle! Are you planning to ride the West Coast, or are you heading to Alaska but don’t have enough time to get out West with time left to ride? Ship your motorcycle to SoSo Cycles and start the ride of your life with us!
SoSo Cycles not charge a fee for receiving your motorcycle but we do have some terms and conditions:
- SoSo Cycles – Tacoma does not arrange your shipping. Many of our customers have reported a positive experience using Motoshippers.com for point-to-point transportation but SoSo Cycles is in no way affiliated with Motoshippers.com. Please contact them or alternate carriers directly to learn more and arrange shipping.
- SoSo Cycles – Tacoma is not responsible for inspecting your motorcycle for damages. We do not have first-hand knowledge of your bike’s condition prior to shipping so we cannot be responsible for identifying anything that may have happened during its journey to us.
- SoSo Cycles – Tacoma may not be able to accommodate deliveries (or pick-ups) outside of our normal hours of operation. If you are planning to fly in and ride away, please allow for both shipping and airline delays.
- If plans get altered and your motorcycle is going to spend more than fourteen days at SoSo, we will require that you pay for a month of storage (currently $180). If you require services on your motorcycle, all or part of this storage fee may be waived.
If your motorcycle is being shipped to SoSo Cycles – Tacoma, please fill out our “Shipping a Motorcycle” form available here and email it to servicemgr.S@sosocycles.com
Do you need to have your bike picked up at SoSo Cycles – Tacoma? If you have ridden to the Northwest and will be flying home, you can leave your motorcycle at SoSo Cycles – Tacoma to await shipment. You will check in at our service department and your motorcycle will await the carrier in our secure warehouse. The same storage policies apply. You can fill out our information form above and email it to us to streamline your check in at service. If you wish to have your motorcycle picked up from SoSo Cycles – Tacoma, you must make us aware at least fourteen (14) days in advance or we will not accept possession of your motorcycle.
